The 2016 Annual General Meeting of the OpenStreetMap Foundation will be held online in the IRC chat room #osmf-gm on the IRC network irc.oftc.net, at 1600 UTC on Saturday, 10 December 2016.
Please see the IRC wiki page for information on how to connect to IRC.
The AGM will not formally "close" on Saturday. Instead it will be "adjourned" until Wednesday, at which time it will continue -only for a short moment- in order to announce the election results.
Voting
Voting information was sent out by email. The voting period has been extended until 1600 UTC Wednesday, 14 December 2016.
