2018-07	Board meeting update - Suggestion of session during State of the Map 2018 to get some community input. Proposed as a starting point, since not everyone is going to SotM. Board working session. Two microgrant -related sessions at State of the Map 2018 conference: OSMF session ("Microgrants @ OSMF. Give some input"). HOT session ("OSM Community Grants: sharing experiences").
2018-08	Board meeting update - Some points and questions from the SotM 2018 discussions .
2018-09	Board meeting update - Consultation document on OSMF website ready to be shared with membership and the Advisory Board members. Contains outline and top questions. Will be followed by a comment period. Board working session.
2018-10	Consultation document shared with membership (thread) and the Advisory Board members, with outline and top questions.
2019-05	F2F board meeting - work restarted afterwards.
2019-08	Board working session. Board meeting - Discussion about selection committee. osmf-talk question about access to documentation of F2F decisions.
2019-10	Document put to vote. Member provided feedback on document being voted and asked board to stop voting and discuss with membership. Voting cancelled, board then asked membership for feedback (thread). Board meeting - update.
2020-01	Membership feedback asked (thread) on this second published draft of the document (diff with first version). Second published draft with minor changes accepted by board.
2020-02	Call for microgrants committee. Creation of a Gitlab private repository for the Microgrants team by Secretary.

2020-05	May 10 Call for microgrant proposals closes. 49 proposals on the OSM wiki. Community and membership feedback is asked (talk discussion). Proposal "OSM data assessment for flooding modeling and preparation" withdrawn after request of submitter. May 11 Committee meeting - minutes. May 21 Membership feedback period on the microgrant applications closes. Update during board meeting and discussion on the weeklyOSM microgrants proposal (Deepl.com API use for weeklyOSM). Board decides to contact the CWG and enquire whether they are ok with OSMF opening a DeepL account, and give access to weeklyOSM, to CWG and to any other Working Group who asks. The board starts to discuss whether they will accept more than 10 applications (which was the limit on the Microgrants framework). May 29 The board announces that the selected observers for the meetings will be Mike Collinson and Craig Allan. May 30 Proposal "Deepl.com API use for weeklyOSM" withdrawn by submitter.
2020-06	June 04 Committee meeting - minutes Intro about the selection process Response by the Board Observers Report by Craig Allan June 04 Board receives list of 13 applications short-listed by the Microgrants committee, having removed 2 proposals where the applicants requested to join OSMF after the deadline. June 06 Board discussion about proposal selection during board chat. June 11 Board asks the committee for the names, OSM usernames and the volunteer activity of any unnamed recipients of the short-listed proposals. Board chat regarding the final selection. Guest during part of the chat: Christopher Beddow (Microgrants Committee). Board members decide to look into a particular application, after question from one of the board members regarding the amount requested. Joost Schouppe posts about Craig Allan's observer report on the OSMF membership mailing list. June 25 Board meeting discussion regarding the final selection. Board vetoes one of the applications short-listed by the committee and accepts the rest (12). June 29 Microgrants committee notifies successful and non-successful applicants by email.
