Annual General Meetings: Difference between revisions

Annual General Meetings are held once per year with the main order of business being to present the financial accounts for the last year, and election of new board members. For this election votes can be submitted in-person at the AGM. The results of the election may or may not be announced during the meeting, but members have the option to vote beby email rather than attending the AGM.
