The 2016 Annual General Meeting of the OpenStreetMap Foundation was held online in the IRC chat room #osmf-gm on the IRC network irc.oftc.net, at [http://www.timebie.com/std/utc.php?q=16 1600 UTC] on Saturday, 10 December 2016.
 
The AGM did not formally "close" on Saturday. Instead it was "adjourned" until 1600 UTC on Wednesday, 14 December 2016, at which time it will continuecontinued -only for a short moment- in order to announce the election results.
