32. An election of the board may be held at any general meeting if notice that an election will be held is given by the board in the notice of meeting. 33. At any general meeting where there is to be an election of the board, ~~one~~all ~~third of the~~board members ofwho ~~the~~have ~~board~~served for ~~the~~more ~~time~~than ~~being,~~18 ormonths ifsince ~~their~~last ~~number is not a multiple of three then the number nearest to one~~being ~~third~~elected, shall retire. 34. A retiring member of the board shall be eligible for re-election only if they have not yet been elected to a board position three or more times during the most recent eight board elections. 34. The members of the board to retire shall be those who have been longest in office since their last election or appointment. As between members of equal seniority, the members to retire shall in the absence of agreement be selected from among them by lot. The length of time a member has been in office shall be computed from their last election or appointment. A retiring member of the board shall be eligible for re-election. 35. The number of directors to be elected to the board shall be determined by the board in advance of the election but shall be such as to ensure that the membership of the board after the election is no less than 2 and no more than 8.
