In order to use the OSMF marks for a conference, specifically the "State of the Map" and "SOTM" marks, please fill out the licence below and email it to [mailto:trademarks@osmfoundation.org trademarks@osmfoundation.org]. Make sure to check whether [[Trademark_Policy#3._When_you_may_use_the_OSM_marks_without_asking_us|you need a licence at all]]. You can read more about why we need to licence the OSMF marks [[Trademark_Policy#Introduction|here]] and [[Trademark_Policy#FAQ|read the FAQs for more information]].
Granting this licence is contingent on the event being coordinated with the OSMF SOTM working group.
