provide some background information.
The meetings of the Microgrant committee were initially closed to
non-members, despite an OSMF policy
by default. Following discussion at the Board meeting of 6<sup>th</sup>
May 2020, and at the Microgrant commit on the 11<sup>th</sup> May 2020,
selection of the observers, nor make any suggestion regarding the role
of the observers.
