Call for participation

It would make sense to advertise the EWG again. It was decided to combine that with the admin assistant announcement/recruitment. Tobias has a draft. We can publish it with no delay, because the only dangling reference there, the Tendering Framework, is done.

Adam will add the framework to the wiki. Then forward to dev mailing list, Discord and Slack.

Actual business

Tendering framework

The ruleset is still based on Microgrants framework and adapted by Robert See here. Robert does final corrections, then we send it out.

The scoring criteria for bids need a lot more topics beyond Roland's draft. Roland volunteers to fill the new paragraphs with text.

Project ideas

A pull request to implement "Hide note comments" has already been made.

The "Self deletion facility" is since some days under development by gravitystorm.

The "personal killfile" is still open.

Given that two of the three projects are beyond the point for a call for bids, we need to pull in new projects.

OSM data model changes

Jochen Topf has offered to do an investigation into potential OSM data model changes. Full text of email from Jochen can be found here.

We tell the board right now that we want this to be funded to avoid undue delay.
