The Committee is composed of Sarah Hoffmann as Chair, Mikel Maron, as the supporting point of contact with Sarah for Dorothea Kazazi and Martin Raifer, and Guillaume Rischard as main point of contact for Grant Slater.

This year marked the first anniversary for our first employee, our SRE Grant. We have taken the opportunity to take stock, find out what works and where there is room for improvement. We have formalised rules around travel to our external data center sites, as well as such seemingly mundane topics as vacation and sick days. Our accountant, Michelle Heydon, was as always helpful in sorting out administrative details.

Working completely remote always comes with its own challenges. We have worked on improving the communication with all our employees and contractors. Members of the Personnel Committee regularly meet with each of them. We do this now at different frequencies according to the wishes and needs of each person.

The Committee itself does not regularly meet as a group.
