Resolution regarding an indefinite blocking of Sorin Acela (user name sorein)

Summary

The Data Working Group (DWG) recommends placing an indefinite block on Sorin Acela (username sorein) due to his unacceptable behavior both in terms of editing and general interactions with the OSM com- munity. While Mr. Acela has contributed valuable geographic data to OpenStreetMap, the project as a whole can only operate when users are willing to work together towards a common goal. When faced with a situ- ation that he disagrees with, Mr. Acela has shown a consistent pattern of insulting and abusive speech. Mr. Acela displays no interest in working with the community towards resolving these personal conflicts or chang- ing his approach towards the community and so the DWG recommends that Mr. Acela be indefinitely blocked from OSM.
